Gourmet Camp Cooking & Baking: A Compilation of Our Favorite Roadlife Recipes
We love to eat and we love to cook...on a 2 burner propane stove, over a campfire, or on our OTZI grill! With a camper that has a total square footage of 72, our kitchen is about the size of a phone booth. Remember those? It's not the size of your kitchen or number of gadgets, it's simply the size of your imagination! At the request of our seminar attendees and friends, we've compiled all of our delicious recipes into one easy to find place. We continually update this blog with our latest recipes, so bookmark it now and check back often!
A Quick Note about Our Recipes...
All are designed to be full of flavor and satisfy hunger, but also be more sustainable for the planet. As 25+ year vegetarians, plant-based meals have been our specialty for awhile. We don't scrimp on flavor, color, creativity, texture, or spice. Some recipes are a cinch, while others are more elaborate, but every last one is delicious. All recipes are easily alterable to suit various dietary needs -- gluten free, non-dairy, low sugar, etc. And, you certainly don't have to go camping to make them, though everything cooked outside tastes better.
